- announced opening weekend concerts by Carrie Underwood and Pitbull.
- announced about 50 other shows.
- will have a Howie Mandel Comedy Club.
- is bringing boxing back to AC.
Ocean:
- fixed their logo.
- is tearing down the wall that was along the boardwalk, to be replaced by stairs.
- is reconfiguring the casino floor.
- announced the return of Revel restaurants American Cut and Amada.
- announced the return of Revel clubs HQ and Ivan Kane’s Royal Jelly.
- will have the world’s largest TopGolf Swing Suite.
- will have Mark Wahlberg’s burger joint and a bar called Entourage.
- will have an all-cereal eatery called Cereal Town.
Meanwhile:
- Carl Icahn sold Tropicana to Eldorado Resorts and that could be bad for gamblers.
- Chef Jose Garces filed for bankruptcy and sold his restaurants to Ballard Brands.
- Bill’s Bar & Burger opened at Golden Nugget.
- NJ Governor Phil Murphy booted the lawfirm in charge of the AC takeover, but future plans are unclear.
