• Pit Boss BBQ & Beer is now open at Ocean (but still no Cereal Town).
• Trump Plaza demolition is planned for “after Labor Day.” (PDF)
• The former Atlantic Club property faces foreclosure. UPDATED: They paid off the back taxes to avoid foreclosure.
• There are big development plans for a lot near Irish Pub.
  • Note: In the episode we say it’s the lot between Irish Pub and Pic-A-Lilli but that’s not right. It’s 201 S. New York Ave.
